The Pier Shops at 15th is a 70,000 sf. 2-story shopping mall on Atlantic Avenue in Virginia Beach’s oceanfront resort area. The Pier Shops are directly across from the well-known steel fishing pier.  The owner anticipates that pending redevelopment of the steel pier and oceanfront properties will greatly boost demand for retail and entertainment space in the mall.  Pier Shops at 15th received an Honor Award for Commercial Development from the Virginia Beach Planning Commission.
